    Taste: Normal preworkout taste. Nothing bad about it, if you have tried a pre before it tastes pretty common but of course has a flavor to it.

    Ingredients: All well dosed, got an amazing pump from the L-citrulline. The Tyrosine and Theanine both greatly helped with focus. And the caffeine boosted my energy a lot. It has all you really need without anything extra or unnecessary.

    Cons: 35$ for a quality preworkout is good but only being at 20 servings per container is a little low.

    Overall: 9.5/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a quality pre to buy this.

    Other Notes: Mixes well and does not give any jittery feeling like some preworkouts (usually because of the Beta Alanine).

    I have nothing to compare this pre-workout to, but I've been following Sean Nalewanyj on YouTube for a long time, and had a lot of confidence behind my initial purchase. I take this pre-workout before my two "big" lifting days during the week where I'm deadlifting or squatting, and I suspect the product has helped me consistently hit my target numbers (as well as progressively overload). I have no complaints about the taste -- I mix it with electrolyte water, and it has almost an "effervescent" quality to its taste that I find gustatorily satisfying.

WHY DOESN'T PUREFORM INCLUDE CREATINE OR BETA ALANINE?

Instead, these supplements are meant to be taken on a daily basis over the long term (the specific timing doesn’t matter) in order to boost strength and endurance levels in the bigger picture.

If you’ve decided to use creatine and beta alanine as part of your overall plan, they need to be purchased separately to be taken on your off days anyway. For that reason, there’s really no point to including them in a pre-workout in the first place.

WHY DOES PUREFORM INCLUDE MALTODEXTRIN?

Maltodextrin is used to improve the sweetness profile of the formula and offset the naturally sour taste of the citrulline malate.

WILL I BUILD TOLERANCE TO PUREFORM?
